After a recent show, Charles had walked out to a parking area and came across a couple arguing. As soon as it became obvious that they should separated, he stepped in. He had the woman come back to a security gate to assure her safety. She even told him he probably saved her life. The level of care and attention he offered the situation was way above and beyond. But this is nothing new for him and the way he treats our guests.- Valerie A.
